What are worm castings?

In simple terms worm castings are the waste which passes through the body of worms such as red wigglers, white worms and earthworms. It is well known that worm castings contain excellent water-soluble nutrients and bacteria and are highly nutrient rich and the perfect organic fertiliser for your garden. It will increase the yield from any garden as it encourages growth in plants and plant life.
